The Morningside Social Committee is responsible for setting up social events and welcoming new neighbors.

Landscaping Committee

The Morningside Landscape Committee is responsible for recommending landscaping improvements for out comminity, maintaining the Morningside Recommended Tree List, and selecting the Yard of the Month.

Architectural Committee

The Morningside Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving plans for construction of structures or residences.

Communications Committee

The Morningside Communication Committee is responsible for the neighborhood quarterly newsletter.

Safety Committee

The Morningside Safety Committee is responsible for maintaining pool safety and security, tracking and reporting incidents that occur in the neighborhood, and and dissemination information to our neighborhood block captains.
