Top Ten Code Violations

1. Weeds and Grass - should never exceed 12 inches in height.
2. Trash and Debris - property should be in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
3. Outside Storage - materials should be screened from adjacent properties and streets.
4. Fences - damaged and missing wood and leaning fences should be repaired.
5. Parking - no vehicles or trailers should be parked in the front yard.
6. Junk Vehicles - vehicles must be operable and maintained.
7. Accumulated Materials - Firewood and similar materials should be stored 6 inches off the ground and not adjacent to fences.
8. Address numbers - address numbers should be posted on the front and in the rear.
9. Home Exteriors - all exterior surfaces of every structure should be maintained.
10. Illegal Signs - signs are prohibited in street medians and right-of-ways.
