Morningside Architectural Committee

Thank you for taking the time to read about the architectural committee. We are responsible for the following community duties:

• Receiving requests for architectural improvements/changes to fences, pools, sheds, patio covers and arbors, etc... Requests should be submitted using the ACC Request Form.
• Approving/Disapproving those requests according to the association's rules and bylaws. Homeowners should wait until they receive approval before beginning their improvements.
